Position Location Product Development Manager NJ Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Oversee project or program management with proven results of getting things done Requirements 1) Education in Pharmaceutical development 2) 8 to 10 years of experience in formulation development in specialty generics, with involvement in product portfolio search, 505b2 identification and identifying value-added opportunities in generics 3) Prior experience in a project/program management role, alliance management and product portfolio search 4) Ability to work in teams in multi-cultural, multi-country environment 5) Initiative spirit/ enthusiasm in starting new projects 6) Ability to deal with uncertainty and handle barriers 7) Good communication skills
