Responsibilities
1) Lead the development and execution of a global marketing strategy for the specific (software solutions) market
2) Develop the entire portfolio of marketing deliverables including business plan, business case, global marketing plan, positioning, identification of right solutions for new technology platforms, life cycle plan for existing platforms and products
3) Integrate ideas and efforts to cohesively and collaboratively
4) Create and implement a comprehensive strategy for the corporation
5) Direct team and business management processes for new technology platforms and interface with R&D, Business Development, Regulatory, Clinical and Legal
6) Partner effectively with Regional Marketing teams for seamless transition for sales execution
7) Support development of effective resource tools and repositories for relevant market information for effective field access
8) Develop or oversee development of turnkey marketing programs and solutions ready for regionalization
9) Implement effective transitioning to Regional Marketing teams
10) Provide franchise direction, messaging and positions to regional marketing including pricing parameters to support sales growth goals and branding
11) Ensure regional sharing of best practices
12) Provide leadership for initiatives owned and accountable by the regions
13) Foster relationship with key thought leaders
Requirements
1) BS/BA (MBA or advanced marketing training beneficial)
2) Minimum 7 years of progressive experience (R&D, Product Management, Sales or Marketing)
3) 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in the software or healthcare related industry
4) International and domestic market experience including franchise management, branding, mergers & acquisitions
5) Successful record of accomplishment in product development and commercial marketing preferred
6) Strong presentation skills, collaboration skills and influence management skills
7) Knowledge of developed market models
8) Global experience preferred
9) Willingness and ability to travel (up to 50%)
