| Responsibilities |
1) Plan and execute study setup and coordination for a large longitudinal multi-site study 2) Coordinate between sponsor, the coordinating site and the research centers participating in the study 3) Handle a single large scale study 4) Manage multiple studies depending on performance and other circumstances
5) Develop study plan including timelines, workflow for the coordinating center
and plan for investigator meetings 6) Participate in the development of study documents such as source documents, CRFs and reports 7) Work closely with the core lab area to ensure efficient flow of information, site feedback and reporting to investigators and sponsor 8) Handle conference calls with site personnel to monitor study progress 9) Ensure timely and accurate reporting for both standard and ad-hoc reporting needs for internal research team, sites and sponsor 10) Act as a point of contact for site and core lab questions and issues associated with the study |
| Requirements |
1) Master’s in Business, Biological, Medical or Computer Science or a Bachelor’s degree in one of these disciplines plus experience equivalent to Master’s degree 2) Certification in clinical trial coordination program 3) Minimum 10 years of experience in study coordination with demonstrated leadership experience 4) Direct study management experience from initiation through study completion for one or more large multi-site studies 5) Knowledge of clinical trial documents (protocols, source documents, CRFs, study reports) and processes 6) Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills 7) Ability to work well independently and in project teams |
