Position Location Senior Director of System Engineering California Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Manage solutions engineering of the company products and in leading the Systems Engineering Team 2) Provide strategic guidance and thinking in enterprise architecture, solutions design, quality assurance and development of system engineering initiatives 3) Support strategic business programs and enhance revenue growth and scalability initiatives 4) Provide leadership and mentorship for Software Quality Assurance, Systems Integrations Testing, Software Configuration Tools, Systems Solutions, etc. 5) Work closely with Applications Development, IT Applications, IT Operations, Marketing, Manufacturing Operations, International and other key stake holders 6) Develop an optimal roadmap and execute with excellence resulting in on-time/high-quality delivery 7) Motivate, foster innovation and drive excellence and continuous improvement 8) Assess current and future staffing and development needs based on organizational goals and business strategies 9) Provide cross-functional leadership to drive people, process and product excellence throughout the organization 10) Perform other duties as assigned Requirements 1) BS or MS in Computer Science or a related discipline 2) 10+ years of systems engineering experience 3) 5+ years of Director or above experience 4) Experience in leading a Global Team of more than 25 team members 5) Experience in medical product development 6) Strong leadership skills and business acumen 7) Strong project management, enterprise architecture and quality assurance skills 8) Excellent analytic problem-solving skills 9) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills 10) Ability to manage and work cross-functionally 11) Highly driven, result and commitment-oriented individual
