Position Location Business Development Manager – Drug Delivery (Home-Based) Western USA Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Identify new customers and strengthen relationships with existing customers in drug delivery development 2) Participate in a team selling environment that includes technical experts, licensing counsel and senior executives 3) Research, identify and qualify new customers 4) Secure and coordinate appointments with prospective customers 5) Maintain strong relationships with new and current customers Requirements 1) BS in Science or Business 2) Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical development sales with a proven sales track record 3) Experience in drug delivery a plus 4) In-depth knowledge of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry is also required 5) Strong ability to communicate technically 6) Ability to represent a range of technologies and to understand and react to potential client’s needs 7) West coast candidates preferred (but location is flexible) 8) Willingness to travel (70 – 75%)
