Responsibilities
1) Develops project/program plan on very complex projects or programs. Guides strategic projects or programs. Guides project/program management activities
2) Guides the technical review of system design and documentation.
3) Performs leading-edge areas of work for the professional field. Preempts potential problems and provides effective solutions in reaction to application of concepts, techniques, knowledge or processes
4) Displays original thinking in applying principles, theories and concepts on a wide range of problems
5) Demonstrates extensive knowledge in field of specialization or multiple disciplines to the successful completion of complex assignments
6) Successfully serves as point of authority and/or source of technical/scientific knowledge for area of expertise
7) Demonstrates comprehensive knowledge of organization's business practices and issues faced and contributes to problem resolution of those issues
8) Acts as advisor to top management and business partners on advanced technical matters. Represents the company as the primary external contact
9) Develops team members through mentoring and coaching in complex subjects
10) Responsible for the consistent implementation and successful completion of clinical research activities for assigned clinical trials; develop study protocols and protocol amendments
Requirements
1) 10 years experience in Clinical Research with demonstrated ability to efficiently oversee and/or manage multiple clinical studies
2) Professional experience necessary to manage imaging biomarkers clinical trials
3) BS/BA in related discipline, or advanced degree, where required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4) Experience with Phase 0 – III trials
