Position Location Quality Assurance Supervisor Idaho Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Ensuring laboratory compliance with FDA Good Laboratory Practices (GLP). 2) Quality audits of scientific data and reports. 3) Inspections of laboratory facilities and practices. 4) SOP preparation, review and training. 5) Facilitating customer and regulatory audits. 6) Development, refinement and implementation of quality systems. 7) Train and educate personnel through the development and delivery of training programs in GLP and quality assurance requirements. 8) Supervision of other QA personnel. Requirements 1) Bachelor’s degree (life sciences preferred). 2) Minimum of 5 years in an audit/compliance department for a bioanalytical, pharmaceutical or biotech company. 3) Laboratory bench experience preferred. 4) Competent in written and spoken English. 5) Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills. 6) Ability to work in a project team environment. 7) Fluency with MS Word and Excel software. 8) Self-motivated, highly organized, detail-oriented person.
