About our client
Our client is a privately-held biotechnology company dedicated to providing biological materials to the Life Sciences industry. They have a large variety of marketed products, and offer an exciting and vibrant work environment. This is a great opportunity for the right person.

Clinical Affairs Manager California-North
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Manages product placement, pricing, packaging and promotional activities for all designated product lines.
2) Manages product life cycles (launches and discontinuations), new idea assessments (business case development), development of product line strategies and positioning, establishment and achievement of sales and financial performance expectations.
3) Investigates new product opportunities and make business recommendations to Senior Management on their market potential, market requirements, pricing, packaging, and cost.
4) Supports regional sales and marketing representatives.
5) Investigates and analyzes the overall competitive environment, customer base and factors affecting growth; incorporating insights in both business strategy and tactics.
6) Responsible for identifying customer needs through active interaction with regional and country distributors and end-user customers.
7) Manages communication and provides support to current and developing distribution/marketing partners for the key product groups.
8) Develop and maintain peer group leader contact strategies to foster awareness and growing sales within key product group.
9) Develops and manages the global sale/marketing/costing budgets.
10) Defines the branding & communication strategies and executes marketing communication plans through appropriate channels.
Requirements
1) Experience marketing/selling biological materials.
2) Background in marketing for products as well as the companies themselves.
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
