With exceptional leadership, world-class facilities and an environment that thrives on collaboration and patient care that is second to none, this is a unique opportunity for someone that wants to make a difference Position Location Laboratory Manager Boston MA Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) The Laboratory Manager will be a key member of a multidisciplinary group that identifies and analyzes targetable survival pathways in specific lymphoid malignancies. 2) The manager would work closely with lab members and the PI to order and maintain laboratory supplies, inventories, equipment, develop and maintain electronic databases, oversee expenditures on specific projects and assist in the preparation of budgets, grant proposals and presentations. 3) The manager will also work closely with the PI and additional members of the multidisciplinary Lymphoma Target Testing Center and assist in the management of the center. 4) The manager will also have the opportunity to participate in the analysis of candidate tumor survival pathways, targets and candidate inhibitors using a variety of cellular and molecular assays Requirements 1) BA/BS required, MSc/additional post graduate training preferred 2) Several years of bench experience in cellular and molecular biology with preferred focus on cancer biology 3) Additional laboratory management experience, including ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, developing and maintaining extensive electronic databases and overseeing project-specific expenditures required 4) Ability to work in a collaborative multi-disciplinary group and excellent organizational and analytical skills required.
