| Responsibilities |
1) Coordinate and schedule analytical testing activities for formulation development samples, raw materials, stability evaluation samples and cleaning verification samples. 2) Perform advanced analytical method development/validation and sample analysis. 3) Supervise chemists to ensure timely and accurate completion of technical tasks. 4) Function as in house expert in troubleshooting and training. 5) Review lab testing results, analytical test methods and validation reports. 6) Review and update relevant SOPs. 7) Maintain the R&D lab a GMP and safe working environment. 8) Assist Lab Manager for other temporary assignments. 9) Functions under minimal supervision as well as perform independent scheduling and coordination of activities. |
| Requirements |
1) BS degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or equivalent education background with 5 years experience in pharmaceutical industry or MS degree in chemistry, biology, biochemistry or equivalent education background with 3 years analytical experience in pharmaceutical Industry. 2) Experience in pharmaceutical industry in the aspect of at least one of the following areas (raw material, stability, method validation or product release). 3) GMP proficient, experience in documenting compliance. 4) Strong mathematical skill and experience in basic wet chemistry techniques, HPLC, GC, UV, IR and TLC. 5) Working knowledge of applicable safety and standards guidelines, such as SOP, cGMP, GLP, DEA regulations and/or MSDS. 6) Capable of perform operation of laboratory equipments and techniques. |
