About our client Our client provides research, analytical, and consulting services to the pharmaceutical and chemical industries Position Location Analytical Biochemist Group Leader Lafayette IN Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Leading the analytical biochemistry group, project oversight, and training scientists 2) Hands-on experimental work utilizing electrophoresis, chromatography, mass spectrometry, spectroscopy, and other analytical techniques 3) Advancing the analytical biochemistry capabilities using modern techniques 4) Client interaction and assisting with biochemistry business development 5) Developing and writing methods and operating procedures 6) Writing and reviewing scientific reports Requirements 1) MS or Ph.D. in Biochemistry or related science 2) At least four years of industrial biochemical laboratory experience particularly with proteins 3) Experience in a cGMP lab environment is very helpful 4) Management, Mass Spectrometry.
