Position Location Vice President, Manufacturing Massachusetts Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Direct the company's overseas operations and staff 2) Evaluate and adjust the manufacturing processes as well as contract manufacturers 3) Negotiate (with legal advisors) manufacturing contracts for pharmaceutical products 4) Maintain continuous oversight of contracted product manufacturers 5) Conduct periodic process review for improving quality and cost measures 6) Maintain good working relationships with regulatory authorities having cGMP oversight 7) Visit and inspect contracted manufacturers in Asian countries (as needed) 8) Oversee regulatory compliance for the pharmaceutical products Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) in a scientific field preferred 2) Commercial experience preferred 3) Experience in aseptic manufacturing 4) Excellent communication (written and oral) skills 5) Keen attention to detail 6) Willingness to travel internationally (up to 20%)
