| Responsibilities |
1) Manage the daily operations of the Business Development Team 2) Support upper-level management and promote business in a professional manner 3) Evaluate and analyze market trends 4) Identify potential business opportunities and aggressively pursue leads to build new relationships 5) Act accordingly to negotiate and implement new contracts in-line with the objectives of the company 6) Develop new initiatives and form strategic action plans for acquiring new products 7) Conduct formal presentations on new and ongoing developments within the organization 8) Ensure all company information presented is relevant and accurate 9) Maintain a comprehensive client network 10) Represent the company at shows, seminars and other industry events 11) Handle business development internationally, especially in Asian countries |
| Requirements |
1) BA in Business or in a related scientific field 2) Minimum 6 years of sales/marketing experience on a global scale 3) International product-launch experience 4) Successful track record in marketing of similar product lines with an international company 5) Excellent communication (written and oral), negotiation, IT (for conducting presentations and writing reports), problem-solving and decision-making skills 6) Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach 7) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment 8) Ability to communicate well with all levels of the organization 9) Willingness to travel primarily to India (up to 50%) |
