About our client Our client is a leading clinical services organization comprised of over 30 board-certified physicians coupled with more than 25 certified coordinators. They have extensive experience in conducting pharmaceutical clinical trials, excelling at Phase I, II and III clinical trials. Position Location Clinical Operations Manager Miami, Florida Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Oversee the operational management of the research site including patient safety, study budgets, meeting subject recruitment goals and management of the Clinical Research personnel 2) Assist with business development 3) Enhance expertise in phase trials that the company currently has not performed such as neurological and cardiac safety 4) Ensure studies are conducted to meet FDA regulations, GCPs and site SOPs 5) Oversee hiring employees and establishing new physician relationships 6) Prepare and negotiate study budgets and contracts 7) Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase business opportunities 8) Collaborate and maintain relationships with outside vendors to assist in various protocols 9) Manage staff directly 10) Establish a training program for all new staff including coordinators and new physicians Requirements 1) 5+ years experience in managing clinical operations 2) Experience in directly managing staff 3) Neurological and cardiac safety knowledge (highly preferred)
