Position Location Vice President of Manufacturing Massachusetts Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Direct the company's overseas operations and staff in India 2) Evaluate and adjust the manufacturing processes as well as contract manufacturers 3) Negotiate (with legal advisors) manufacturing contracts for pharmaceutical products 4) Maintain continuous oversight of contracted product manufacturers 5) Conduct periodic process review for improving quality and cost measures 6) Maintain good working relationships with regulatory authorities having cGMP oversight 7) Visit and inspect contracted manufacturers (as needed) 8) Maintain proper oversight and regulatory compliance for the pharmaceutical products Requirements 1) Degree (4 year) 2) Commercial experience preferred 3) Experience in aseptic manufacturing 4) Excellent communication skills 5) Keen attention to detail 6) Ability to manage overseas (India) projects and operations
