Position Location Director, Bioanalytical Laboratory Southwest Houston, Texas Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Supervise overall bioanalytical day-to-day operations including, but not limited to laboratory workflows and processes and staff to maximize quality, accuracy, timeliness and overall efficiency Requirements 1) Ph. D./Master’s Degree in a related field, and/or 10 years of field experience 2) Experience in method development, method validation, sample analysis, LC/MS/MS lab, ligand binding lab 3) Documentation and reporting experience in FDA regulations and GLP requirements 4) Experience in a highly diverse analytical environment 5) Experience in a production-oriented bioanalytical laboratory and a CLIA compliant clinical testing laboratory a plus 6) Posses knowledge, skills and abilities appropriate for the position
