| Responsibilities |
1) Provide marketing vision, strategy and leadership for company’s product line and direct execution to achieve goals 2) Grow market leadership through strategic plans, new product development and account penetration 3) Explore new market growth opportunities and recommend new product ideas, product modifications/improvements based on findings of marketing research, competitive insight and field sales representative feedback 4) Coordinate market launches and market expansion to ensure maximum penetration of targeted market segments 5) Develop strong strategic relationships with key stakeholders 6) Provide continuing market surveillance/competitive intelligence to identify customer needs and obtain financial objectives 7) Lead project teams as assigned 8) Provide input into business development initiatives (as required) |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor's or Master's degree 2) 7+ years of marketing leadership experience in the medical device, biotechnology or pharmaceutical industries 3) Solid strategic planning abilities and business acumen 4) Proven track record in leading projects to successful completion and leading experienced teams (internal and external resources) 5) Strong ability to understand market trends, financial data, customer needs and assess competitive intelligence data 6) Ability to develop and execute communication plans, messaging and branding campaigns |
