Position Location Associate Product Manager Hopkinton, Massachusetts Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Work closely with Operations, Quality Control and Quality Assurance to coordinate the execution of contract milestones under aggressive deadlines 2) Coordinate internal project teams to address all client issues 3) Handle technology transfer, generation of GMP documentation, equipment and raw material purchases as well as shipping and delivery schedules 4) Fulfill customer requests in a timely manner including inventory requests, documentation requests, etc. 5) Liaise with customers across a variety of operational functions 6) Assist with the generation of price quotes and project proposals (as needed) Requirements 1) BS/BA or equivalent 2) 5+ years of biotech/pharma industry experience 3) Strong GMP operations background such as prior hands-on experience in biologics manufacturing or product development 4) Contract experience and/or EVMS (Earned Value Management System) training a plus 5) Good technical knowledge in development and GMP manufacturing or analytical testing 6) Strong project management, organizational, interpersonal and communication skills 7) Ability to work in a positive, highly responsive manner with a strong orientation toward customer service
