Position Location Director, Clinical Operations East Coast, USA Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Design Clinical Trials and CRF 2) Identify CROs 3) Deal with QA and Data Management Departments 4) Work on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors 5) Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results 6) Ensure budgets, schedules and performance requirements are met 7) Manage the direction, planning, execution and interpretation of clinical trials/research and the data collection activities 8) Work with senior management to establish scientific methods for design and implementation of clinical protocols and data collection systems Requirements 1) Master's degree in Science or Ph.D. preferred 2) Minimum 8 – 10 years of experience 3) In-depth understanding of Phase II and III clinical trials 4) Knowledge of and experience in drug development process 5) Excellent verbal and written skills 6) Ability to manage staff in foreign offices (India preferred)
