Position Location Clinical Operations Director US - South Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Assume responsibility for operational and scientific conduct of all studies 2) Oversee all staff, including clinical coordinators, paramedics, phlebotomists, etc. 3) Assume primary responsibility for communication with sponsors 4) Hire, train and mentor staff 5) Oversee budget 6) Contract with all vendors and building management 7) Review monthly financials and payroll Requirements 1) Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research 2) Experience in quality assurance, SOP development and implementation 3) Ability to proactively assist with development and implementation of recruitment plans 4) Clinical management skills 5) Ability to coach and train staff
