About our client
Our client is a global CRO that provides a broad range of services to the pharmaceutical, biotech and healthcare industries.
Position Location
Clinical Project Manager North Carolina
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Manage clinical projects (regional and global)
2) Lead cross-functional project teams
3) Ensure quality, on-time and within budget deliverables for Phase II – IV clinical trials
4) Manage the clinical study timelines deliverables and risks
5) Work with the client and business services to finalize the project budget as well as scope
6) Manage the organization’s clinical projects in India
7) Participate in internal and external meetings
8) Manage project budgets
9) Liaise with the client to ensure appropriate communication
Requirements
1) BS in Life Sciences or a related field
2) 4+ years of clinical research or related experience
3) 2+ years of experience in a project/clinical trial management environment
4) Experience in a key CRO/pharmaceutical operational function (e.g., data management, clinical operations, laboratory, pre-clinical)
5) Superb Phase II – IV management experience preferred
6) Experience in resource and budget/financial management
7) Knowledge of clinical study guidelines (FDA, ICH and GCP)
8) In-depth understanding of the clinical trials process
9) Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
10) Proficient in computers/technology (MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project as well as other similar project management tools)
11) Willingness to travel to Asian countries – up to 40%
