Position Location Director of Clinical Operations Texas Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Manage clinical development program 2) Identify and implement actions required to maintain project timelines and budgets 3) Manage the direction, planning, execution and conducting of assigned program 4) Assist in interpreting clinical data and preparing progress reports 5) Evaluate budget variances, scope changes and reports 6) Hire, train and manage staff in India office 7) Comprehend drug discovery process 8) Identify CROs 9) Deal with QA and Data Management Requirements 1) BS in Biological or Chemical Sciences (advanced degree preferred) 2) Minimum 5 years of drug development or related experience 3) Previous experience in overseeing staff at offshore location (preferably India) 4) Hands-on experience in clinical operations 5) Ability to design clinical trials 6) Ability to write protocols and design CRF 7) Ability to manage budgets and timelines
