| Responsibilities |
1) Establish and implement procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and reliability 2) Determine and enforce (through functional groups) quality requirements (as per company policies) 3) Organize and promote quality improvement efforts 4) Train personnel on procedures and ensure training is maintained as changes are implemented
5) Evaluate and develop improved techniques for controlling quality and
reliability 6) Liaise with external parties on matters relating to quality systems 7) Hire, train and manage staff in India office |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) in a technical field 2) 5+ years of broad technical experience in medical devices 3) Superb knowledge of GLP/GMPs 4) Ability to manage overseas (India) projects and operations 5) Proficient in computers 6) Excellent communication skills (oral and written) 7) Ability to work independently 8) Driven, entrepreneurial self-starter with a hands-on approach |
