Position Location Senior Director/Executive Director, Project Management New York/New Jersey/North Carolina Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Supervise and manage large global projects for Phase II and Phase III clinical trials 2) Manage relationship of assigned clients 3) Recommend course of action regarding client management issues and implement plans 4) Provide financial review and oversee clients to meet company realization targets 5) Ensure quality of deliverables 6) Provide consultation regarding the drug development process and strategy 7) Serve as a team member on Operation or Steering Committees with strategic partners 8) Oversee line management Requirements 1) BS/BA degree in Life Sciences or a related field 2) 15 years of clinical research experience 3) 7 years of project management experience 4) Background in oncology 5) Professional Project Management accreditation a plus 6) Ability to manage large, full service projects 7) Demonstrated ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality and timeline metrics 8) Excellent influencing and negotiation skills 9) Good team leadership skills 10) Excellent customer service skills 11) Willingness to travel
