| Responsibilities |
1) Manage all internal projects, including all aspects of R&D, manufacturing and system evaluation 2) Act as a resource to department directors in preparing and managing local project schedules 3) Handle the overall project schedule, including interdependencies and project risks 4) Oversee all top-level activities associated with the development of projects 5) Work with various departments to develop appropriate budgets along with validating and managing the overall program budget 6) Assist in planning and scheduling the overall project 7) Work within the company’s formal design control and quality management system 8) Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures 9) Ensure the success of the company's India operations |
| Requirements |
1) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Master’s degree an asset) 2) Minimum 6 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of specified functional area in a regulated environment or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
3) Ability to manage overseas (India) projects and operations 4) Ability to manage meetings effectively to achieve desired results 5) Good consensus-building skills 6) Excellent leadership skills 7) Self starter with conflict resolution skills 8) Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken) 9) Willingness to travel – up to 40% (internationally) |
