About our client Our client is a large clinical research facility headquartered in Massachusetts that is focused on conducting Phase 1 – 4 clinical trials on behalf of pharmaceuticals and nutraceuticals. Position Location Executive Director – Clinical Research Massachusetts Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Assist Director of Business Development in overseeing Phase 1 2) Act as a member of the Management Team 3) Assist QA Director with site training 4) Monitor clinical research activities in overseas markets, including India 5) Oversee progress of all clinical trials 6) Lead the team to ensure proper guidelines are followed Requirements 1) MS/MD/Ph.D. in Life Sciences 2) 5+ years of pharmaceutical industry/clinical research experience 3) Experience and familiarity in managing company's off-shore operations, particularly in India 4) Experience in handling Phase 1 – 4 5) Excellent interpersonal and computer skills 6) Ability to work and thrive in a team environment 7) Willingness to travel – up to 40% (internationally)
