Position Location Director, Clinical Operations San Francisco, California Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Manage all activities of project managers and staff 2) Ensure all timeframes and targets are met on time and within budget 3) Serve as a senior-level liaison with clients 4) Support business development activities 5) Oversee all aspects of study management 6) Manage clinical projects in overseas locations Requirements 1) Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline 2) 10+ years of progressive experience in clinical research 3) Experience in supporting business development efforts, specifically in off-shore locations like India 4) Experience in managing a project management team 5) Phase II – III experience 6) Forecasting and budgeting experience 7) In-depth knowledge and understanding of FDA regulations and GCPs 8) Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) 9) Willingness to travel (primarily) to Asian Countries (up to 50%)
