| Responsibilities |
1) Establish and implement procedures for maintaining high quality and reliability standards 2) Determine and enforce (via functional groups) quality requirements as per company policies and divisional needs 3) Organize and promote quality improvement efforts 4) Train personnel on procedures and ensure training is maintained as changes are implemented 5) Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality and reliability 6) Liaise with external parties on matters relating to the quality system |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 year) in a technical field 2) 5+ years of technical experience (in medical devices) with minimum 3 years in quality administration 3) Strong GLP/GMP experience with product development 4) Service-based attitude to assist teams in managing rapid product development while maintaining a high level of compliance with all aspects of the quality system 5) Driven, entrepreneurial self-starter with hands-on approach 6) Ability to work independently 7) Excellent computer skills 8) Superb communication skills (oral and written) |
