Position Location Director of Data Management New Hampshire Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Hire and develop Data Management staff with the assistance of line managers 2) Implement all data-management activities associated with clinical trials 3) Manage the development and revision of standard operating procedures 4) Administer training programs 5) Maintain and assess metrics to monitor efficiency and quality 6) Review budget proposals for Data Management and Data Entry 7) Develop and manage departmental budgets 8) Interact with research sponsors and other senior managers 9) Participate in new business development activities 10) Set project priorities Requirements 1) BA or BS (MS or MA in Life Sciences) 2) Minimum 10 years of data-management experience in the biopharmaceutical or medical device industry 3) Experience in managing overseas staff (India preferred)
