Position Location Senior Research and Development Manager Maryland Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Lead, coordinate and manage the designing and development of new diagnostic assays 2) Supervise projects to complete deliverables on time and within budget 3) Perform advanced assessments of core areas and initiate, design, author as well as execute complex activities and validations 4) Assess intellectual property issues and take the initiative in preparing patents’ competitive evaluations 5) Learn and follow all safety procedures 6) Ensure accurate and timely creation and appropriate maintenance of lab notebooks and project documentation 7) Lead project teams Requirements 1) BA or BS /similar designation 2) Ph.
