| Responsibilities |
1) Establish and implement procedures for maintaining high standards of quality and reliability 2) Determine and enforce (through functional groups) quality requirements, in accordance with company policies 3) Organize and promote quality improvement efforts 4) Train personnel on procedures and ensure training is maintained as changes are implemented 5) Evaluate and develop improved techniques for the control of quality and reliability 6) Liaise with external parties on matters relating to the quality system |
| Requirements |
1) Degree (4 Year) in a technical field 2) 5+ years of broad technical experience in medical device with 3 years in quality administration 3) Experience in product development 4) Superb knowledge of GLP/GMPs 5) Proficient in computers 6) Excellent communication skills (oral and written) 7) Service-based attitude to assist teams in managing rapid product development while maintaining a high level of compliance to all aspects of the quality system 8) Ability to work independently 9) Driven, entrepreneurial self-starter with a hands-on approach |
