Position Location Manager, ELISA Technology Lab New York Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Manage, coordinate and prioritize immunoassay lab, staff and services 2) Communicate with clients 3) Oversee the budget of the Lab Group 4) Design, develop and optimize ELISA test methods and procedures 5) Assist with sales and marketing of ELISA services 6) Create immunoassay analytical services 7) Assist with future services planning 8) Collaborate with other groups in the Pharmaceutical/Biological sections 9) Perform all other duties as assigned Requirements 1) Ph. D. in Immunology 2) Minimum 2 years of hands-on analytical experience in protein therapeutics (ELISA) 3) Experience in a supervisory role 4) Hands-on experience in developing and optimizing quantitative antibody assays 5) Expertise in automated liquid handling systems
