Position Location
Medical Products Manager Honolulu, Hawaii
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Manage product planning and marketing
2) Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements
3) Manage product throughout the product lifecycle
4) Define the product vision
5) Work closely with Engineering to deliver winning products
6) Define product strategy and roadmap as well as the integrated product plan
7) Work with Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Support, to ensure that revenue as well as customer satisfaction goals are met
8) Liaise with external third parties, licensees and customers to assess needs and product opportunities
9) Act as an expert (with respect to competitors) in the industry
10) Develop core positioning and messaging for the product
11) Provide product demos to customers
12) Set pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
13) Deliver monthly revenue forecasts
14) Develop sales tools and collateral
15) Propose an overall budget to ensure success
16) Coach and train the sales force at quarterly sales meetings
17) Act as a leader within the company
Requirements
1) Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
2) Minimum 5 years of experience as a Medical Products Manager or Product Marketing Manager (healthcare industry)
3) Experience in defining and launching excellent products
4) Technical experience in products designed for use in the operating theater, catheter lab or clinic
5) Superb teamwork skills
6) Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
