Our client is an international CRO headquartered in New York that is focused on the development and commercialization of various oncology and dermatology therapeutics. Clinical Data Management Manager Rye Brook, New York
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Manage clinical data management activities to ensure the successful completion of projects and achievement of departmental goals
2) Provide technical guidance to the Data Management staff
3) Prioritize tasks and supervise employee development
4) Serve as a primary resource and point of contact for departmental staff, project managers, line managers, executive staff and clients
Requirements
1) Bachelor/Master’s degree in Life Sciences
2) Minimum 5 years of clinical data management experience, including at least 3 years in project/team management within the industry
3) 1-year management experience within a CRO
4) Experience in preparing and managing project budgets and timelines
5) Good understanding of clinical research development process, GCPs, ICH guidelines, physiology, pharmacology, clinical study objectives and methodologies
6) Experience in leading and managing large-scale projects and staff
7) Good problem-solving skills
8) Proficiency in computers
9) Superb understanding of database design and CRF design techniques
10) Excellent organizational, leadership and decision-making skills
11) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
12) Ability to manage the company’s clinical data management operations
