Additionally, our client offers management, regulatory and other research support services to drug development sponsors and strategic investigator sites across the country. Position Location Director of Clinical Operations Nashville, Tennessee Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Direct and coordinate nursing functions and activities of the facility 2) Coordinate nursing services with all departments 3) Oversee cancer care (i.e. medical oncology, surgical oncology, infusion center, radiation oncology, blood and marrow transplant unit, etc.) 4) Plan, administer and evaluate the operation of the facility’s Nursing Department 5) Assign duties to departmental personnel based on patients’ needs, staffing availability/competency and work priority to ensure high-quality patient care 6) Serve as resource person for resolving operational and patient care problems Requirements 1) RN/CRCC preferred 2) 5 years of experience in management (oncology preferred) 3) Experience in a CRO or pharmaceutical company 4) Project management experience preferred 5) Experience in clinical research and oncology
