About our client

Data Management Associate Manitoba
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Report to the Supervisor Data Management for entry of all data form clinical trials
2) Work closely with Clinical Operations and Quality Assurance to ensure the integrity of clinical data
3) Follow in-house data tracking procedures
4) Assist with database cleaning and maintaining of clinical trials data (in-house)
5) Enter and verify data for clinical trials as well as archive clinical trial data (as required)
6) Maintain (current) inventory of the items in archives as they relate to clinical data
7) Participate in audits of the database against source documentation
8) Print and assemble Case Report Forms (CRFs) as well as other data forms
9) Design Case Report Forms and maintain a directory of standard CRF pages/sections to ensure consistency
10) Maintain and file reports/correspondence for clinical data
11) Provide documentation support to Project Managers/CRAs and Clinical Research Scientists
12) Assist in the development of appendices or study reports
13) Conduct other tasks assigned by the supervisors of Data Management in relation to clinical data
Requirements
1) Post-secondary or job-related course or experience in working with word processors and spreadsheets
2) Experience in administrative or medical field
3) In-depth knowledge of SOPs that apply to clinical data
4) Excellent computer skills (SQL, MS Word, and Excel)
5) Superb communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
6) Ability to work as part of a team and function with minimal supervision
7) Excellent time/self-management skills including the ability to multi-task
8) Professional integrity and excellent attention to quality standards
