Position Location Senior Director, Oncology New Jersey Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Assume leadership (global) for one or more oncology area programs 2) Define oncology/project vision and strategy for achieving that vision 3) Engage and motivate teams to buy into that vision and execute strategy through clear and persuasive communications skills 4) Provide technical insight to ensure progress towards goals 5) Contribute through innovative thinking and bring external market perspective to task within and outside area of direct accountability 6) Motivate exceptional performance Requirements 1) MD with a special training in Oncology 2) 5 – 7 years of additional experience in a related field, including industry experience 3) Experience in regulatory files preferred 4) Expertise in managing groups preferably across geographic regions 5) Medical and technical development expertise along with strong working knowledge of other functional areas (e.g. clinical operations, regulatory, pre-clinical and marketing) 6) Superb knowledge of regulatory process (on a global basis)
