Position Location
Clinical Data Associate III Indiana
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Supervise data management activities and processes to ensure that all goals and objectives are met
2) Manage the designing, documentation, testing and implementation of clinical data collection studies
3) Develop data systems plans, guidelines, forms, manuals and SOPs
4) Assist in preparing clinical data budgets and reviewing specified protocols
5) Contribute to CRF development, database validation, discrepancy management, database lock and report generation
6) Plan, organize, review and evaluate the work of junior data-management professionals and support staff
7) Make recommendations on hiring, termination, promotion and disciplining (as required)
Requirements
1) Degree in a scientific field
2) Minimum 2 years of clinical data management experience
3) Experience in CRF (Case Report Form) development
4) Highly developed organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
5) Superb writing, communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
6) Self-motivated, result-oriented with the ability to work independently to achieve short- and long-term goals
