Position Location
Clinical Project Manager Toronto, Ontario
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Manage (current) clinical projects using self-manufactured drugs
2) Troubleshoot clinical issues including safety reporting and logistics
3) Manage database analyses and publications
4) Support investigator-driven trials
5) Collaborate with CNS Global partners to develop new protocols and strategies to facilitate appropriate adoption of CNS compounds
6) Present data to physicians and internal business partners
7) Superb interdependent partnering ability including ability to effectively work with customers and colleagues
Requirements
1) M. Sc., Ph. D., Pharm. D or equivalent in Life Sciences
2) Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical research
3) Experience in protocol designing, conduct, analysis, and reporting/publication an asset
4) Experience in CNS with excellent understanding of the disease area,
treatment algorithms, and clinical practice a plus
5) Experience in managing large multi-center trials and clinical trial budgets
6) Experience in liaising with global colleagues a plus
7) Superb interdependent partnering ability, including ability to effectively work with customers and colleagues
8) Ability to effectively manage complex CNS projects
9) Ability to provide strategic input to CNS team and marketing/sales counterparts
10) Ability and flexibility to work well in a changing environment
11) Demonstrated judgment, leadership, analysis, negotiation, and innovation
skills
12) Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
13) Excellent verbal and written communication skills including strong presentation skills
