Position Location Quality Control Research Associate Los Angeles, California Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Gather product specifications and other product-related information from vendors 2) Assist QC, R&D and Production Departments especially in items related to cGMP implementation and maintenance 3) Gather, compile and maintain scientific data for each ingredient of current and future products 4) Assist in organizing and centralizing database structure related to product specifications, COA and scientific data 5) Perform any other related duties (as required) Requirements 1) Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science (Nutrition, Bio-Chemistry or related fields) 2) 2+ years of experience in dietary supplement, nutrition, nutraceutical or pharmaceutical industry 3) Familiarity with quality control tasks and procedures 4) Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio and Outlook 5) Superb analytical, technical, observational and documentation skills 6) Self-starter, with an ability to multi-task and prioritize 7) Excellent work ethics 8) Outstanding communication skills (verbal and written) 9) Excellent interpersonal and team skills 10) Good project-management skills
