Position Location
Clinical Research Manager New York City, New York
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Act as an integral member of the Research Team
2) Ensure conformance with all regulatory, institutional and departmental requirements
3) Manage the functions and activities of assigned services within the division's Clinical Research Organization (CRO)
4) Implement standards for research protocol management, policies and procedures to meet those standards to ensure the highest quality management of clinical research studies
5) Oversee data management aspects of research databases such as the Clinical Research Database (CRDB), department specific patient databases and Disease Management System (DMS) as required
6) Oversee the financial activities associated with protocols/research projects
Requirements
1) Bachelor's or higher degree with 3 – 5 years of experience in a clinical research/high-school diploma with 4 – 7 years of clinical research experience
2) Experience in oncology preferred
3) Experience in handling supervisory management preferred
4) Ability to use specialized knowledge and demonstrated expertise in the field of clinical research data management to assume managerial responsibility within a clinical research unit of the organization
5) Good computer skills with expertise in software applications
6) Excellent analytical, information management, administrative and communication skills
