About our client Our client is a large pharmaceutical company with robust clinical pipeline has a need for multiple clinical project managers and clinical trial managers. Excellent growth opportunity Position Location Clinical Project Manager/Clinical Trial Manager Boston, Massachusetts Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Manage the full life cycle of clinical trials in accordance with the approved clinical development plan 2) Lead, direct, support and guide the Trial Team members to ensure study delivery on time and within budgets 3) Liaise with functional line management in identifying any training or development needs Requirements 1) Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific discipline 2) 5+ years of clinical trial experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry, including monitoring and project management 3) Experience in forecasting and budgeting preferred 4) Experience in Phase II and III clinical trials 5) Experience in international trial preferred 6) Experience in oncology or neurology preferred 7) Knowledge and understanding of FDA regulations and GCPs 8) Knowledge of current federal regulations and guidelines 9) Highly developed interpersonal communication (written and oral) skills 10) Good leadership skills 11) Willingness to travel – up to 20%
