About our client
Our client is a biopharmaceutical company applying innovative techniques in cancer biology to produce new diagnostic and therapeutic agents to improve the lives of cancer patients. The core operation of the company is oncology and infectious disease product development. They currently have four biological or vaccine based drugs in human clinical testing and a fifth drug, small molecule, with a recently filed IND.

Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Plan and carry out the patient recruitment programs for assigned studies
2) Identify and execute marketing tactics that will drive doctor awareness
3) Ensure enrollment of doctors in the clinical trials by planning and executing corporate and clinical marketing duties
4) Execute comprehensive marketing plans and programs to support patient recruitment
5) Position the company and its products with target customers
6) Work with study coordinators, physician investigators, Marketing and Clinical staff
7) Execute and continuously improve patient recruitment and retention programs
8) Develop tools to track success of marketing efforts, monitoring and reporting on success of activities
9) Communicate the progress toward stated goals and objectives to people concerned
10) Oversee development and production of promotional and collateral materials
11) Act as a key liaison with vendors
12) Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials
13) Oversee the content and layout of newsletters to study centers and physicians (writing and editorial review of material)
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in Science preferred
2) Minimum 1-year of experience in patient recruitment, marketing or public relations a plus
3) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
4) Willingness to travel – up to 50%
