Position Location Director of Clinical Operations Ontario Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Manage clinical development program 2) Identify and implement actions required to maintain project timelines and budgets 3) Manage the direction, planning, execution, and conducting of assigned program 4) Initiate corrective action 5) Assist in interpreting clinical data and preparing progress reports 6) Evaluate budget variances, scope changes, and reports 7) Hire, train, develop, and manage the staff 8) Understand drug discovery process (in-licensing) 9) Identify the CRO, deal with QA and Data Management Requirements 1) Minimum 5 years of experience 2) Cardiovascular experience 3) Ability to design clinical trials 4) Ability to write protocols 5) Ability to design CRF 6) Ability to manage budgets and timelines 7) Good understanding of Phase II and III 8) Hands-on experience in clinical operations
