About our client
Our client develops diagnostic and prognostics using innovative advances in the human genome project. The company, which is also into therapeutics, develops these for treating cancer, neurological disorders, diabetes and other compound diseases. The company is fairly new in its field of expertise.
Position Location
Clinical Data Specialist Phoenix, Arizona
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Design and use audit tools to monitor the accuracy of clinical coding
2) Monitor compliance with policies and procedures relevant to clinical data management and making suggestions for improvements
3) Interpret data for reimbursement applications
4) Validate data for various disease registries
5) Prepare utilization analysis
6) Validate data for the outcomes management program
7) Prepare patient demographic reports
8) Collect and analyze data for special clinical research projects
9) Prepare supplier profiles
Requirements
1) Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences
2) Registered Nurse
3) 4+ years of clinical data management experience
4) Experience in pharmaceutical-sponsored and investigator-initiated clinical research trials
5) Oncology experience
6) Thorough understanding of medical terminology
7) Good understanding of regulatory documents and study materials
8) Superb communication skills
