Position Location Senior Clinical Research Associate New Jersey Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Oversee site assessment 2) Conduct monitoring visits 3) Supervise and train junior CRAs 4) Assist in designing protocols, CRFs and other study-related information Requirements 1) Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred 2) 3-5 years of field monitoring experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry 3) Oncology or other complex therapeutic experience preferred 4) Strong knowledge and understanding of FDA regulations and GCPs 5) Detail-oriented 6) Exceptional communication skills 7) Willingness to travel – up to 30%
