About our client
Our client is a development-stage pharmaceutical firm founded in mid ‘90s. The private, high-growth company, with more than 120 employees, has a deep and diverse pipeline with seven products in pre-clinical or clinical development targeting oncology, cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases. It caters to both hospital cardiovascular markets and specialty care markets, including dermatology, gastroenterology and oncology. The company has laboratories in Massachusetts along with clinical operations and GMP manufacturing facilities in Israel. Most of company’s technologies were discovered and developed by its researchers.

Clinical Program Manager Massachusetts
Salary
Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
Responsibilities
1) Identify, negotiate agreements with and manage CRO that supplies project management, monitoring, data management, biostatistics, medical monitoring and other services
2) Develop and manage Project Outsourcing Plan elements (i.e. project management, risk management/contingency, team communication, patient recruitment, etc.)
3) Develop and manage project budget, metrics and timeline
4) Oversee the project strategically
5) Provide regular updates to senior management
6) Act as a project liaison to internal customers
7) Oversee clinical team progress, efficiency and effectiveness
8) Review and approve all key study documents
9) Address vendor audit findings
10) Manage PK data analysis
11) Oversee materials and CTM supply, labeling, manual and randomization specifications
Requirements
1) B.A./B.S. degree in a related field with 5+ years of clinical project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry
2) Experience in an outsourced model key
3) Expertise in the therapeutic area a plus
4) Excellent communication skills – written/verbal
