About our client Our client is focused on the treatment of cancer. Other than finding proprietary therapies for the same, the company is also enthusiastically engaged in evaluating new therapeutic agents and related technologies for in-licensing. Its area of technical expertise is centered on the ability to identify, chemically alter and produce novel therapeutic compounds derived from natural product sources. The company was cleared to proceed with clinical trials by the FDA. Position Location Clinical Operations Manager New Jersey Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Assist in the selection of CROs (and other vendors) 2) Ensure clinical operations projects remain on schedule and budget 3) Review budgets, forecasts and accruals for clinical studies 4) Co-monitor with CROs 5) Lead operations of one or more projects 6) Report on the progress of study operations to the management 7) Assist in planning investigators’ meeting 8) Present information at the meeting to familiarize investigators with the protocol and monitoring procedures 9) Attend/kick-off investigator meetings 10) Monitor training and various CRO (or other vendor) meetings 11) Perform administrative tasks as needed to support projects Requirements 1) Bachelor’s degree 2) Experience in monitoring oncology clinical trials 3) 5 years of clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company
