Position Location Director of Data Management Massachusetts Salary Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience Responsibilities 1) Hire and develop Data Management staff with the assistance of line managers 2) Organize the design and development of CRFs, DMOPs 3) Implement all data management activities associated with clinical trials 4) Manage the development and revision of standard operating procedures 5) Administer training programs 6) Maintain and assess metrics to monitor efficiency and quality 7) Review budget proposals for Data Management and Data Entry 8) Develop and manage $7-10M departmental budgets 9) Interact with research sponsors and other senior managers 10) Participate in new business development activities 11) Set project priorities Requirements 1) BA or BS (MS or MA in Life Sciences) 2) Minimum 10 years of data management experience in the biopharmaceutical or medical device industry 3) Minimum 2 years of experience in a senior management role in a CRO environment
